Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Manager who will report to the CFO. The successful incumbent should have extensive financial reporting knowledge. They will ensure smooth operation of the Financial Department. The candidate needs to have an understanding of production costings and cost control in a manufacturing environment
Identify and report financial irregularities and ensure potential problems are reported to the Finance Executive.
Implement corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal control
Compare Project Feasibility to Actual Outcome to identify short comings and achievements
Manage the audit process, ensuring sound financial practice at all times
Assist with the development of Company Policy and developing Company Financial Strategic Plans
Ensure effective communication with the Board Members on the financial forecasts and operating revenue
Manage the Financial team/s ensuring fair allocation of workload
Bcom Degree
8-10 years’ experience as a Financial Manager
FMCG industry experience
Syspro and Business Intelligence Exposure
6-10 years
