Identify and develop new business opportunities across private and public healthcare sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, key opinion leaders, and hospital decision-makers.
Territory & Market Development
Expand market share by onboarding new hospitals, clinics, and distribution partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Plan and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and in-theatre support.
Customer & Clinical Support
Provide pre- and post-sales clinical support to surgeons and theatre staff.
Coordinate product availability, inventory planning, and timely deliveries.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Training & Education
Support and participate in clinical education initiatives, workshops, and CME activities.
Keep customers informed of new technologies, product updates, and procedural advancements.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and performance reports.
Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and competitor intelligence.
Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained and up to date.
achelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (clinical or orthopaedic background advantageous).
3–5 years’ experience in medical device sales, preferably within orthopaedics or trauma.
Strong understanding of orthopaedic procedures, surgical environments, and implant systems.
Proven track record in relationship management and closing complex sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s licence.
