Product Life Cycle Management
Manage the full product life cycle of Trauma products from launch through to discontinuation
Track product performance, analyse market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations on positioning, enhancements, or phase-outs
Demand Planning & Supply Alignment
Work closely with Sales and Operations to provide demand planning input
Ensure alignment between market demand, inventory availability, and promotional activities
Tender Management
Coordinate and manage all Trauma-related tender submissions
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission of all tender documentation
Pricing & Commercial Support
Maintain and update pricing files for Orthopaedic products
Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital groups and buying groups on pricing-related queries
Instrument Set Management
Oversee the purchase, placement, rotation, and maintenance of Trauma instrument sets
Ensure operational readiness and effective utilisation of assets
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Support promotional activities and assist sales teams with new customer conversions where required
Market Intelligence & Product Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of the Trauma and Orthopaedic product range
Monitor competitor activity and gather customer feedback to optimise marketing strategies
Marketing & Events
Execute product launch plans and marketing initiatives
Participate in internal and external educational and promotional events
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (advantageous)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the medical devices environment
Experience in Trauma or Orthopaedic products is highly advantageous
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
