Implement, maintain & monitor ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
Conduct internal and supplier audits and manage corrective actions (CPARs).
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
Develop and update processes, procedures, and controls.
Prepare quality reports, audits, and trend analyses.
Deliver quality awareness training across the site.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes.
Diploma in Quality Management and/or Analytical Chemistry (essential).
Minimum 2 years in a leadership/team leader role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation & internal auditing.
Skilled in statistical analysis, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
