Our client is looking for a Production manager who will report to the General Manager. The successful candidate should have strong technical and Quality Assurance skills. This person should also possess strong leadership skills.
Liaise with technical and maintenance departments to ensure optimal performance of the production function
Ensure optimum use of production resources
Maintain accurate traceability throughout the production process
Proactively managing product yields; maintain waste within the requirement targets
Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control
Relevant Production Management Degree or Diploma
5 years Production Management experience
6-8 FMCG Industry experience
Good understanding of food manufacturing and production
3-5 years
