5. Cover for the HR Manager when required.
Nationality:
Essential: South African citizen
Qualifications:
Essential: Degree (B.A. or B. Soc. Sci. or B. Com)
Preferable: B. Com HR Management
Experience:
Essential: Over 10 years post-graduation relevant skills and recruitment experience.
Preferable: Over 3 years SAGE payroll.
Preferable: Over 3 years manufacturing Company experience.
• Strong leadership skills, both from a business and authentic leadership perspective.
• Ability to develop strategy and drive initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes
• Passionate, deadline driven, reliable, accurate.
