CLETECH CARES
Making a real difference in peoples lives
CLETECH
GBV Initiatives
Empower your staff and community with skills needed to protect themselves in different dangerous scenarios, whether it be a home invasion, rape or hijacking our instructors will show you how to get out of these situations with the least amount of harm.
Ending Period Poverty
We advocate for sustainable menstrual alternatives when it comes to sanitary wear. Menstrual cups and reusable pads can last a woman and girl child up to 5 years, this hugely impacts the individual financially, it impacts their intimate health as there is little to no health risks involved in the use of these alternatives and lastly these products vastly reduce sanitary waste.
VISION
Cletech Cares is a non-profit, social-economic development organisation. It functions as the CSR arm of Cletech Holdings as well as servicing the CSR needs of partnering clients. Cletech Cares operates on the three pillars of social-economic development, namely food security, education and employment opportunity. Through this approach we achieve a sustainable impact into the development of South Africa’s economic improvement
MISSION
Cletech Cares has identified a disparity between many CSR programs and long-term market related partnerships. We seek to initiate collaborations between people and markets which consist of current and potential opportunities. This integration brings people, market capacity and social responsibility to our existing field of expertise in two dynamic programs.
PROJECTS
KZN RELIEF OPERATION
Kwa-Zulu Natal was by far the worst affected by the recent surge of protest action and looting that our country experienced in the month of July 2021. We as a company decided to take action and started the KZN Relief operation in order to assist individuals and families that were impacted, we did this through the generous donations and sponsorships of some incredible partners - who we are immensely grateful for, without their partnership none of this would have been possible. All proceeds went towards providing essentials that were securely transported and distributed to the affected regions. Under the relief operation we ran two additional projects,
Project NCCB; 20 Tonnes of food delivered to KZN- Port Shepstone & Richmond
Project Exodus; 4 Tonnes of food delivered to Durban, South
